The following is our Acquisition Criteria for Shopping Centers:

Preferred Acquisition Locations:

SCG seeks existing shopping centers in the California and Las Vegas areas.

Property Types:

SCG seeks to acquire neighborhood and community centers anchored by a supermarket and/or drug store. We will consider any status of leasing or property conditions.

Investment Strategy:

SCG seeks the two following types of investment situations:

1. Stabilized market-dominant properties with supply-side restrictions and strong demographics.

2. Value-added opportunities offering potential near-term revenue enhancements that could result from re-positioning the tenant mix, building expansion space for existing or new tenants and building out pads.

Size Criteria:

Minimum 50,000 square feet. No maximum size requirement.


 

The following is our Acquisition Criteria for Apartment Buildings:

Preferred Acquisition Locations:

SCG seeks apartment buildings in Los Angeles, Ventura and Riverside Counties.

Property Types:

SCG will consider rent-controlled property in good locations.

Size Criteria:

40 units and up to 400 units.
