Property Types:
SCG seeks to acquire neighborhood and community centers anchored by a supermarket and/or drug store. We will consider any status of leasing or property conditions.
Investment Strategy:
SCG seeks the two following types of investment situations:
1. Stabilized market-dominant properties with supply-side restrictions and strong demographics.
2. Value-added opportunities offering potential near-term revenue enhancements that could result from re-positioning the tenant mix, building expansion space for existing or new tenants and building out pads.
Size Criteria:
Minimum 100,000 square feet. No maximum size requirement.
